Frenship High School

Mrs. Kimberly Boaz -

Hello! My name is Kimberly Boaz, and I love being a Frenship Tiger!  If you check out the main hallway, you will find most all of my family's (Hobgood and Richardson) pictures hanging there.  As a matter of fact, my daddy was Mr. FHS in 1960. My entire family graduated from FHS except for me and my siblings; we graduated from Ropes High School which is just down the road. After high school, I attended Texas Tech University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Education. I later earned my Master's degree in Educational Administration from Lamar University.

For fun, I love to spend time with my family. I am married to a wonderful man, Rocky, who works for CoNetrix, and together we have three daughters, Ashley (Mrs. Herrera/FHS Math teacher), Kaley and Chelsea, but most importantly, I am a proud Kiki to two beautiful granddaughters, Avery and Kinsley. I also enjoy books, music, shopping, coffee, and working out.

I believe in preparing my students for our constantly evolving world, and I am so thankful for the opportunity to do that while teaching English IV and English II GT. This year marks my twenty-second year as a teacher and my fourth year in the Frenship Independent School District. I am extremely excited about the 2020-21 school year and all the accomplishments my students will achieve. It is a blessing to be a part of the Frenship High School family because I'm "Proud to be a Tiger!"
