Frenship High School

PSAT/NMSQT & PSAT 8/9

The PSAT/NMSQT is administered to all FISD 10th & 11th Grade students. PSAT/NMSQT is the practice SAT, as well as the National Merit Qualifying Test for Juniors. Students taking the PSAT gain online access to their PSAT scores, have a personalized list of colleges, majors, and careers, as well as have a customized SAT study plan through khanacademy.org/sat. For more information go to www.collegeboard.com/psat.

College Board is no longer sending paper PSAT score reports to schools. Students will have to log in to their College Board account (or create one and log in) to see their scores.

  • Sign in to get your PSAT scores at https://studentscores.collegeboard.org/home
    • Create an account if you do not have one.
    • You may already have an account if you have taken the PSAT 8/9, PSAT NMSQT or the SAT previously.
    • Call (866) 315-6068 for help logging in or resetting your account.

PSAT 8/9 is the first step on the College Board's SAT Suite of Assessments - an integrated series of assessments that includes the PSAT 8/9, the PSAT/NMSQT, and the SAT.  Together, these assessments measure a progression of skills.  PSAT 8/9 measures skills students need to be on track for success as they transition to high school.  It provides insight into students' academic progress.
