Frenship Students to Build Home for Habitat for Humanity
Starting in the 2019 - 2020 school year, Frenship ISD is teaming up with Habitat for Humanity to enable construction students to build a home each school year. Students will hammer every nail, plumb every pipe, and see the finished product of a home built before they graduate from Frenship High School. This program not only benefits a Lubbock family, but it ensures the students are leaving Frenship with real-world experience to give them an edge in their chosen industry.
