Hey there!

Well here we are, the end of this school year is now upon us. I’m sad that this school year went the way that it did, but it did. So now what? Like you, I’ll be looking forward to all this COVID-19 stuff to wind down and looking forward to the summer stuff coming up.

Looking ahead to this summer and the next school year, no doubt, there will be changes. Change is a fact of life. Some changes are minor and some are major. Some changes are the result of positive events and some are the result of negative events. Change is a reality.

I wanted to state this because many of you have shared with me your thoughts about next year and the years to come. Your outlook towards the future is cool and can happen. Hold on to those goals and ideas. The more you believe in your goals the more they’ll come to be. What the future has instore for each of you is yet to be determined.

My point to you, don’t let the times get you down and don’t let the times identify you. Each of you are much more than the current times. I look forward to seeing you guys over at the High School next year.
