Chess Club

Welcome to Frenship's Chess Club

If you've ever wanted to learn how to play chess or just like to play for fun, this club is for you! All FHS and Ninth Grade Center students are welcome to attend. To be an official member, member dues will need to be paid by the end of October.

Get Involved:

If you're interested in checking out the Chess Club, swing by Ms. Freo's room (1012) after school on Wednesdays. Students get together every Wednesday from 4:35 p.m. to 5:05 p.m. to play chess. There are typically about 15-20 students who participate. Come learn about future Texas Tech UIL chess puzzle events, tournaments, or practice tournaments.
