This past weekend, students from Frenship High School and Memorial High School competed in the State SkillsUSA Competition in Corpus Christi. Several students brought home medals, and for the second year in a row the Frenship High School Forensic Science Team claimed the state championship title.
The Frenship High School Varsity Colorguard team earned second place at the North Texas Colorguard Association State Championships, marking the program’s first medal since the competition adopted a prelims and finals format.
Taylor Revilla, Frenship Alum and Community Librarian at the City of Wolfforth Library, was honored with the Siddie Joe Johnson Award, a statewide recognition celebrating outstanding service to children in Texas Libraries. Each year, only one librarian in the state is selected to receive this distinguished honor.
