Frenship ISD is proud to celebrate Zian Doctolero, a 7th grader at Terra Vista Middle School, who won the 74th Annual Lubbock Regional Spelling Bee on March 7. Zian will now represent the region at the Scripps National Spelling Bee in Washington, D.C., this May.
Frenship High School and Frenship Memorial High School band members made an impressive showing at the 2026 Regional UIL Solo & Ensemble Contest, with several Division One medals earned, securing their spot at the UIL Texas State Solo and Ensemble Contest.

After earning top finishes against competitors from across Texas, 12 Frenship ISD students have qualified to advance to the BPA National Leadership Conference in Nashville this May, marking the largest group of national qualifiers in program history.
