Congratulations to the Frenship High School Theatre Department on their recent accomplishments!

Varsity One Act Play, The Elephant Man advanced to the regional competition in Arlington this past Saturday and received the following awards:

• Honorable Mention All Star Cast – Macee Maddox, Kobie Jackson and Tekoa Harris
• All Star Cast – Wyatt Parker and Joshua Fredenburg

The fine arts musical, Anything Goes, received seven nominations in the DSM High School Musical Theatre Awards including:

• Best Actress – Sierra Roberson
• Best Actor – Coby Rogers
• Best Supporting Actor – Joshua Fredenburg
• Best Scenic Design – Jasmine Alva
• Best Musical Direction
• Best Choreography
• Best Technical Execution

Coby Rogers and Sierra Roberson will compete in Dallas for Best Actor and Actress to earn their spot in the Jimmy Awards in New York City this summer.
