The Tiger Boys Basketball squad is off to a 4-0 start on the season heading into the 2019 Gene Messer Classic hosted at Frenship. The Tigers opened their season with an impressive 63-57 victory over Amarillo High at the Tiger Pit and followed it with road victories over Abilene Cooper and Abilene High and a home victory over Dalhart in between. The field for the 2019 Gene Messer Classic has been set and will see four pools:

Chevrolet Pool: Trinity Christian, South Oak Cliff, Plainview

Toyota Pool: Seminole, Rockwall Heath, Lubbock Titans

Ford Pool: Frenship, Coronado, El Paso Socorro

Volkswagen Pool: El Paso Coronado, Brownfield, Frenship JV
