The ceremony opened with remarks from FHS Principal Greg Hernandez, who expressed how happy he was that the event was able to happen in person this year.
“I am so glad we are able to honor the Class of 2022 in person this year,” Hernandez said. “I know that your year has been a little different but today looks a little more normal.”
Last year due to the pandemic, the Class of 2021 received their rings in a drive-through ceremony at Frenship High School.
Senior ring provider, Jostens, hosted the event, and 172 FHS juniors received their class rings.
