Frenship High School Freshman Madelyne Tipton won her singles sets 6-2 and 6-1, Sophomore Maizy Adams won her singles sets 6-2 and 6-1, Sophomore Lauren McCombs lost her first singles set 5-7 but dominated her second 6-4, and Senior Mia Smith won both singles sets 6-2 and 6-0.
Through several hard fought battles, Frenship Tennis ultimately fell overall to Coronado 15-4.
The Tigers will compete again on August 31 at 3:00 p.m. against Lubbock High at Frenship High School.
