Jones, who stands 6-foot-4 and weighs 296-pounds, had an impressive varsity football career leading to multiple collegiate football offers. He ultimately landed on University of Houston and will proudly hit the field as a Cougar.

"I believe it's going to be hard, of course, at Houston, but I think I can do anything if I just work hard and put my faith in Jesus,” Jones told media on Wednesday after the signing.

As a Team Captain, the offensive lineman was a high performer on the field and in the classroom. Just recently, he was named Second Team Academic All-State.
