Frenship Girls Powerlifting
Five Frenship Girls powerlifters competed in the Regional Powerlifting meet in Monahans on March 3 with three placing at the Regional level.
Faith Shagula placed 6th out of 12 in the finals round in her weight class, Leandra Salazar placed 9th out of 13 in the finals round in her weight class, and Claire McDonald placed 9th out of 12 in the finals round of her weight class.
Frenship Boys Powerlifting
The Boys Powerlifting team competed at the Regional level in Monahans on March 8 placing 7th overall as a team.
Karson Jones punched his ticket to the State Powerlifting Meet by placing second in the 308-pound weight class.
Michael Garcia placed 4th in his weight class, along with Ethan Martinez with a 4th place finish, Blaize Whitaker with a 4th place finish, Gabe Pilger with a 5th place finish, and Joshual Rangel with a 5th place finish.
