Frenship ISD played host the UIL Regional Choir Solo and Ensemble competition on February 4. Choirs from across the region competed in the contest to earn a spot at the state competition.
The Frenship High School choir shined at the contest, taking home a combined total of 113 gold medals. Frenship will be taking the 57 soloists and six ensembles that earned gold to the state contest held in Austin in May.
