Frenship Boys Golf Named Gobbler Classic Champions

The Frenship High School Boys Golf Team ended their fall season with a bang! The Tigers were named the Gobbler Classic Champions at yesterday’s tournament at the Ratliff Ranch Golf Course in Odessa. 

The Frenship Black Team took 3rd place in the 12-team field. 

Senior Jetson Hobbs won individual medalist shooting a 1-over par 73. Senior Carson Beardemphl finished T2 with a score of 3-over par 75.  

Freshmen Miles Cooper and Cannon Caranfa finished T5 shooting a 5-over par 77.  

Seniors Brayden Tomlinson, Kyson Plott, and Jaxson Bailey finished in the top 10 shooting 78, 79, and 81, respectively.  

Head Boys Golf Coach Andrew Correll is happy to end the season on a strong note. 

“Congratulations fellas and way to close out the fall season as WINNERS,” said Coach Correll.
