The Ninth Grade Center and Heritage Middle School both received awards from UMC Children's Hospital for their fundraising efforts with the Miracle Pennies Program.

Frenship High School Junior, Katherine Dyal, took home first place in Copy Editing at the Academic UIL state competition for 6A.

On May 16, the Frenship High School Fine Arts Department held a signing for 18 students who are continuing their choir, band, theater, and art careers at the collegiate level.

On May 11, the Frenship Foundation for Leadership hosted its 19th annual golf tournament to raise money for Character Scholarships for seniors and Teacher Grants for Frenship ISD staff.

Support Professionals of the Year, Rookie Teachers of the Year, Teachers of the Year, Service pin recipients and Retirees were honored at the Frenship ISD annual Staff Appreciation Banquet Wednesday night at Texas Tech University.
