Hello,

 

My name is Andrew Hernandez and I am excited to start my fourth year here at Frenship High School!

I graduated from Texas Tech University in 2015 with my BFA in Visual Studies with an emphasis in Sculpture and Transmedia. This will be my 10th year to teach, I completed my first four years at the middle school level in Lubbock ISD and three years in secondary (teaching both MS and HS) in Crosbyton CISD. I'm ready to hit the ground running creating wonderful works of art and entering your student's work into competitions and gallery exhibits to showcase their talents to the world!

 

There is not a required materials list for Art I: Studio or Art II-IV: Painting, however a $10 course fee is rquired to help purchase supplies that your child will use throughout the school year. You may pay this online at MySchoolBucks, or pay directly to Mr. Hernandez - room 1529.

 

 

I have provided an electronic copy of my course syllabus for Art I-IV located on the right hand side of this page. This syllabus contains class rules, electronic policy reminders, a class agreement, and artwork release form to enter competitions throughout the school year.
