My name is Michelle Discavage and I am an Eng 2 and Eng 4 teacher at FHS. This is my second year in Frenship ISD and I am thrilled to be here. I have taught for over ten years but after 6 years of teaching and coaching, I took a hiatus from education. During that time, my husband and I had a child, I wrote and published a few books, worked as a certified life purpose coach, and traveled to speak at leadership conferences and women's events.
I completed my master's degree in educational leadership in December of 2023. While I would like to be leading trainings one day, I am happy to be teaching after serving two years as an instructional coach.
