Hello! I'm Dr. Wright. I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics from the University of Arizona. I previously worked as the director of the Language Center at Texas Tech University. I was inspired to make a career shift, from higher education to public education, to support the dual language and social studies programs. I believe there is no greater service than teaching. I'm married to my beautiful wife, and we have four kids. My favorite hobbies are magic, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and drawing.
