Hello, I teach Spanish 2 and Spanish 3 Honors this school year at FHS. I am starting my 24th year in the education field. I have taught Spanish levels 1-4; I have also taught ESL English. I am excited to start my 3rd year in the Frenship school district. I look forward to opening new doors of opportunity for our students as they broaden their knowledge in a second language.
A little bit about myself; I got my bachelor's degree of arts in Spanish/English from Wayland Baptist University; my master's degree in esl/bilingual from Texas Tech University; and my leadership studies from Lamar University.
I have three children. I am also the proud grandmother of my only grandson baby Rey. My daughter Julissa and her husband Nabor Vega-Canchola live in Lubbock; and my son Jimmy Guerrero Jr. lives in Wolfforth. I hope to make Wolfforth my forever home!
I have heard and continue to hear great things about FISD!! I hope to be a part of those amazing success stories in the future. I am looking forward to a great school year!
