My name is Roy Wigington. I am honored to be teaching Practicum and Advanced Culinary.  I am also going to be leading out students in our Grill Team and ProStart Team, this is where our students will be able to take what we have learned and let their light shine in completions. 
I am a proud graduate of Auguste Escoffier Culinary Arts and have been working in culinary for over 14 years. I am passionate about culinary arts and helping others.
I am a proud father of 4 kids (Jacon, Benjamin, Emma & Meredith) and love being involved in their lives. I enjoy learning new dishes to cook and thinking outside the box. I enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and exploring historic sites around this great country of ours.
