About Me

Hello! My name is Andy Scott, and I am excited to be teaching AP Calculus and Statistics at Frenship High School. I have more than ten years of experience in education and have taught courses in both mathematics and English.

I enjoy helping students develop confidence in mathematics and understand not only how to solve problems, but why the mathematics works. My goal is to create a classroom where students feel comfortable asking questions, working through challenging concepts, and developing the skills they need for success beyond high school.

Outside of the classroom, I enjoy music and play electric guitar.
