On March 9 the Tigers kicked off the tournament against El Paso Socorro with a 3-2 walk-off victory over the Bulldogs. In the second match-up of the day, the Tigers took their game in dramatic walk-off fashion, thanks to a walk-off groundout at the end of the game to topple El Paso Americas 5-4

On day two of the tournament, the Tigers easily dispatched Colleyville Heritage with an 8-1 win. That game was followed by another 1-0 victory against Pebble Hills as two pitchers combined to throw a shutout.

On day three of the tournament, the Tigers started with nine runs in the first inning that ended in a 16-1 win against El Dorado. Rounding out the tournament, the Tigers continued their winning streak with a 19-0 shutout against Chapin.
