The Girls finished 4th place out of 18 teams that competed in the Rockwind Roundup. Frenship’s very own, Kara Knight finished in the top ten and earned a medal. 

Head Girls Golf Coach, Roger Whipkey, is looking forward to a strong season and has high hopes for the District season.  

“This year's team has high expectations. We finished as the District Runner-up last year and had a great showing in the 6A Regional Tournament in Grand Prairie. This year, our goal is to win  District and advance to the state tournament,” said Whipkey.  

Up next, the girls are competing in the Red Raider Invitational on Friday, October 6 and Saturday, October 7 at Rawls Golf Course and the Shadow Hills Golf Course.
