Frenship ISD is excited to announce Scott Swindoll as the new assistant principal for Frenship High School.

To wrap up the 2023-2024 school year, the Frenship Athletic Department celebrated the largest athletic signing class. The signing included Frenship’s first powerlifting signee and Frenship’s first dual-athlete signee.

Frenship is proud to announce Caleb Holt has been selected to serve as the district’s first Assistant Athletic Director. With 24 years of coaching and teaching experience, Holt is a proven leader who will help continue the rich tradition of excellence seen across Frenship’s athletic programs.

Last week, over 800 Frenship elementary students visited the Frenship FFA Ag Farm for the 2nd Annual Ag Day to learn how intertwined agriculture is with everyday life.

On Tuesday, Frenship ISD held its annual Superintendent's Academic Excellence Banquet to honor the top 10 students in the sophomore, junior, and senior classes. During the celebration, Katherine Dyal was honored as the FHS Valedictorian and Hitarth Shah as the FHS Salutatorian.

On Thursday, the Frenship Foundation for Leadership celebrated two milestones during their 20th Annual Drive for Leaders Golf Tournament. Not only was the tournament their most successful to date, with more than $100,000 in sponsorships for scholarships and teacher grants, but the Foundation also hit the $1-million mark for Character Scholarships awarded to graduating seniors since 2004.

The Frenship Baseball Team wrapped up their season last week at the Area Playoffs. Head Coach Chad Reynolds is proud of how the Tigers handled both adversities and successes.

The Frenship Tiger Tennis Team wrapped up their season last week at the 6A Region 1 Tournament. Assistant Tennis Coach Shelby May shares that she is proud of how the Tigers played and all that they accomplished this season.

On May 14, the Frenship High School Fine Arts Department held a signing for 15 students who are continuing their choir, band, theater, dance, orchestra, and art careers at the collegiate level.

Last Friday, the Frenship community poured their hearts into making a core memory for Frenship High School life skills, special education, and academic adjustment students. The 9th annual Heart of Frenship Prom was made possible by the numerous donations from the Frenship Family.
