Three Frenship High School students will be advancing to the UIL State Congress Competition after a successful performance at the District Competition last week.

Last Friday, the Tigers traveled to San Angelo and beat the Bobcats 41-34. The team is traveling to El Paso today to face El Paso Eastwood in the Bi-District Playoffs.

Out of twelve students across the country who were invited to the National Competition, Cade Clark brought home 3rd place for his restoration of a vintage 1954 John Deere 70LP tractor, a project he started while in FFA at Frenship.

This week, Frenship High School hosted a Tractor Technician Career Development Event (CDE) invitational for FFA teams from across the state.

This past weekend the Varsity Boys Gold Golf team traveled to Andrews for the Fall Invitational. The Tigers placed 5th, just 30 strokes behind the host Andrews Black team. The boys will wrap up their fall season on November 16 in the Gobbler Classic.

A total of 13 Tigers signed to play at the collegiate level after graduation. Congratulations, students!

Orchestra students from five Frenship campuses immersed themselves into the invigorating music of Mozart and Stravinsky as they attended the Lubbock Symphony Orchestra.

Two Frenship ISD teachers will be attending the Lubbock Book Festival as participating authors this weekend, where they have the opportunity to connect with their readers and promote their work to festival attendees.

The Frenship Tigers brought their A-Game to last Friday’s match-up against the Odessa High Bronchos. The final score was 77-49 for a terrific Tiger victory.

This past weekend the Tigers traveled to Hobbs, New Mexico, competing in the South Plains Shootout at Rockwind Community Links. Even though the team faced harsh weather, the Tigers managed to bring home top awards.
