Away Stadium Guidelines

Lubbock ISD Plains Capital Park Lowrey Field

A clear bag policy is in effect for Plains Capital Park during the 2023-2024 athletic year. Fans will be allowed to bring bags that are clear plastic vinyl or PVC, they cannot exceed 12" x 6" x 12". One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (zip lock or similar) is allowed. Small clutch bags, approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags.

Ratliff Stadium Odessa, TX

In effort to enhance security and more efficiently process spectator entry at the Ratliff Athletic Complex, ECISD Athletics has implemented a Clear Bag Policy. This policy regulates the size and type of bags that may be carried into the Ratliff Stadium. 
 
Fans will be allowed to bring bags that are clear plastic vinyl or PVC, they cannot exceed 12" x 6" x 12". One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (zip lock or similar) is allowed. Bags must be clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and have no more than one logo imprint not exceeding 4.5" tall x 3.4" wide. Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear by cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5".
 
The following items are not permitted in Ratliff Stadium:
  • Strollers
  • Umbrellas (Umbrella usage is only permitted at the Ratliff South Complex around the fence line)
  • Outside food/drink
  • Tobacco products
  • Alcohol, firearms/knives
  • Pets
  • Air horns/whistles/sirens
  • Portable heaters
  • No young children or fans in the stands are allowed on the playing field or track before, during, and after the game.
 
Ticket Information
All tickets are purchased through Hometown Ticketing. Tickets go on sale Monday morning at 8:00 a.m. for the week's events. NO CASH IS ACCEPTED ON GAME DAYS.

Astound Broadband Stadium Midland, TX

  • All events at Astound Broadband stadium are cashless. We will not accept cash at the gate. We will not have credit card machines at the gate. QR Codes will be posted for scanning and purchasing tickets on mobile devices.
  • Children that occupy a seat must purchase a ticket. 
  • Tickets for all sports will be available online beginning at 8 a.m. Monday on the week of the event.
  • There is a clear bag policy in place for Astound Broadband Stadium.

San Angelo Stadium

San Angelo ISD now requires clear bags during all events at San Angelo Stadium. This provides an additional layer of security and allows school personnel to quickly identify prohibited items. Any visitor, spectator, or patron attending an event held at San Angelo Stadium will be required to follow this procedure. 
 

Fans will be able to bring the following style and size bag or package into the venue:

  • Bags that are clear plastic vinyl or PVC that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12". A maximum of one logo imprint not exceeding 3" tall by 3" wide is allowed.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, no larger than 4.5"x6.5" (approximately the size of a hand), with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags

Examples of non-approved bags include: 

  • Oversized Tote Bags
  • Camera cases
  • Tinted Plastic Bags
  • Fanny packs
  • Binoculars Cases
  • Printed Pattern Plastic Bags
  • Backpacks
  • Clear backpacks
  • Purses
  • Mesh Bags
  • Diaper Bags

Exceptions to the clear bag policy will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection. Exceptions may also be made for media with camera bags, which will be searched and will only be allowed with appropriate media credentials. Any guest entering a venue with a nonconforming or prohibited bag will be asked to return the items to their vehicles.

Playing Field Guidelines 
  • No Tobacco, Chewing Gum, Sunflower Seeds, Colored Energy Drinks and Steel Cleats 
    are allowed on the playing field.
  • Props/Victory Bells/Carts that could damage the field or track are not allowed. 
  • The following items are not permitted in San Angelo Stadium: Outside food/drink, alcoholic beverages, animals, tobacco, vapor cigarettes, air horns, drones, bull horns, train horns, weapons, firearms, illegal narcotics, any controlled substance.
