Art students from Frenship High School and Frenship Memorial High School delivered an outstanding performance at the Region 17 Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE), earning a combined 12 state qualifications and showcasing the depth of artistic talent across the district.

From live-streaming Friday night lights to producing professional shows, students in Frenship ISD’s Audio/Video Production programs are gaining real-world experience before they graduate. Through hands-on learning, industry certifications, and leadership opportunities, Frenship.TV is preparing the next generation of media professionals, one broadcast at a time.

Orchestra students from across Frenship ISD recently showcased their talent at the Region 16 Solo & Ensemble Contest, hosted at Frenship Middle School. After months of dedicated preparation, students performed solos and ensembles for judges, receiving valuable feedback to help them continue growing as musicians.

The Career and Technical Education (CTE) program at Frenship ISD equips students with real-world skills and industry-based training across a wide range of high-demand fields. One standout pathway is Culinary Arts, where students gain hands-on experience crafting gourmet dishes while learning the fundamentals of food safety, nutrition, kitchen management, and hospitality.

Several Frenship Memorial High School and Frenship High School SkillsUSA teams competed in their respective district career-driven competitions on February 14, where they secured spots at the state competition in April.

Congratulations to the Frenship ISD campus Teachers of the Year, Rookie Teachers of the Year, and Support Professionals of the Year on being honored by their peers!

Campuses across Frenship ISD are participating in Paws for a Cause, a district-wide initiative focused on strengthening connections, encouraging empathy, and giving students meaningful opportunities to serve others. From elementary classrooms to high school organizations, the week was filled with intentional acts of kindness that brought the Frenship Way to life.

Frenship Memorial High School & Frenship High School Pom squads competed in the Crowd Pleasers Spirit Competition and came home with over 40 awards and accolades.

The Frenship ISD Communications Department had a successful showing at the annual Texas School Public Relations Association conference in Galveston this week. The team brought home 23 state awards, including a Crystal Commendation Finalist Award, three Best of Category Awards, 15 gold Star Awards, and four silver Star Awards.
