In a heartwarming collaboration, Texas Tech University's Teaching Techsans created sensory-friendly homecoming mums for 47 special education students at Frenship High School, ensuring everyone can enjoy cherished school traditions.

On Tuesday, more than 150 area business leaders and community members attended the annual Frenship ISD Business Partners Luncheon. During the program, guests learned about Frenship’s growth, the three Frenship propositions on the November 5 ballot, and updates on Frenship Memorial High School.

Last week our Frenship Orchestra students took the stage at the TMEA Orchestra All-Region Auditions. Several Frenship students rose to the challenge securing a spot in the All-Region Orchestra group.

National Hispanic Heritage Month is celebrated from September 15 until October 15 every year. Through interactive lessons and events, teachers across the district are honoring Hispanic histories, cultures, and heritage every day.

Recently, three Frenship siblings had a very special surprise in the middle of their school day. Their dad returned home from his six-month deployment in Saudi Arabia, and his first stop was to surprise his children. Tears of joy filled each of their eyes when reuniting with him.

This month’s theme for Mental Health Minute is Connection. As a component of the 2021 Strategic Plan Initiative, the goal of the Mental Health Minute is to spread awareness of mental health across the Frenship District.
