History was made on the Frenship High School Tennis Courts last Friday. The team snagged the District Championship victory over the San Angelo Central Bobcats. The team feels immensely grateful to walk away with this trophy.

The Tigers traveled to Odessa last weekend for the West Texas Boys Classic Tournament and brought home the second-place title, only one stroke short of first place.

The Frenship Marching band brings home three awards from the Westerner Marching Festival and prepares for the UIL Contest.

The Frenship Tiger Volleyball team traveled to Midland last Friday for a successful matchup against the Rebels. The girls then hit the road on Tuesday to San Angelo where they came up short to the Bobcats.

In this edition of Talking with Tigers, we hear from Brandy Copeland, the principal of Frenship's ninth elementary school. She tells us about the excitement of opening a new school and how she is preparing to welcome students in August of 2024.

Last Saturday the Frenship High School Speech and Debate team traveled to Muleshoe and brought home some impressive hardware to show for it.

The Frenship Girls Golf Team stayed closer to home this past weekend for the Red Raider Invitational. The Golf Team placed 1st and the Blue Team placed 2nd in their division.

This past Saturday, the Tigers ran at the Lubbock Christian University High School Preview Meet. After a successful race, the team is feeling confident heading into the District Championship meet on Thursday, October 12, 2023.

The Frenship Tigers played a neck-and-neck match against Midland Legacy on Friday, October 6. In the final moments of the game, the Rebels clinched a touchdown and won the game with only 10 seconds remaining on the clock.

Last weekend, the Frenship Choir competed in the Texas Music Educators Association All-Region Choir Auditions. Frenship had a total of 34 students make the All-Region Choir and 25 students advanced to the Pre-Area auditions.
