The Frenship Tiger Volleyball team has a strong 4-0 record so far for the District Season. After defeating Odessa High and Odessa Permian the team is working hard to keep the record up.

This past Saturday, our Frenship Cross Country teams split up and traveled to The Woodlands, TX for the Nike South Invitational and Canyon, TX for the Canyon Invitational. The athletes had a great performance at both meets.

Frenship High School Alumni, Gannon Duffy, visited the FHS Advance Dance classes to share his professional experience as a dancer and teach a master class.

This past week the Girls Golf team traveled to New Mexico to compete in the Rockwind Roundup Tournament. Check out their impressive results.

For the first time, the Frenship Marching Band advanced to finals at the Bands of America West Texas Regional Championship and brought home the ninth placed overall trophy.

According to the 2024 Niche.com school rankings, Frenship ISD is once again ranked as one of the best public school districts in Texas for students to attend and teachers to work.

Matthew Huston was awarded the Outstanding Young Teacher Award from the Agriculture Teachers Association of Texas. Huston is one of three educators chosen for this award.

This past Tuesday, the Tigers played a hard match but fell short to the Amarillo High Sandies. Tigers move to 12-2 on the season, with a chance to win a district championship.

In September, Frenship High School senior Katherine Dyal was announced as one of only 16,000 students nationwide to be selected as a 2024 Semifinalist for the National Merit Scholarship program. Additionally, three other FHS students were honored as National Merit Scholarship Commended Students.

The Frenship Tigers remain undefeated after a shutout at Rio Rancho this past Friday. The Tigers won 35-0 to the Cleveland Storm. The Tigers are in an open week and are heavily preparing for the upcoming games.
