Earlier in September, Frenship High School students in Speech and Debate traveled to The University of Texas of the Permian Basin for their first tournament. This past Saturday, the team traveled to Borger for their second meet. The team did incredibly well at both tournaments and is excited for a strong season of Speech and Debate.

Students at Frenship ISD are buzzing with knowledge! On Thursday, Willow Bend Elementary Students and Terra Vista Middle School students in the Dual Language program competed in the District Spanish Spelling Bee.

September 22 was a memorable day for the Frenship High School Band program as they were awarded Grand Champion of the West Texas Auxiliary Championship for the 25th consecutive year.

In honor of Hispanic Heritage Month, students in the Spanish Club are planning an event to celebrate Hispanic Culture.

The Frenship Tigers brought home a win against the San Angelo Central Bobcats and the Midland High Bulldogs this past week. The team is feeling confident about the strong start to the District season.

This past Saturday, the Frenship Cross Country team competed in the Lubbock ISD Invitational at Mae Simmons Park. The Varsity Boys and Girls did exceptionally well despite the high temperatures.

The Frenship Tiger Football team continues to stay undefeated this season bringing home a win over the Abilene High Eagles 17-12.

Friday mornings at Frenship Middle School are something to look forward to. Students in the Life Skills program walk the halls delivering freshly brewed coffee to the staff.

This week, the Frenship Foundation Prize Patrol took over the hallways of 13 campuses to surprise nearly 70 Frenship educators with more than $65,500 in teacher grants.
