Welcome to Frenship High School, I’m Jim Burke and I grew up in Wyoming and attended the University of Wyoming earning degrees in Petroleum Engineering and Secondary Education. I also have a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Texas Tech University. In 1986 I began my teaching career in Carlsbad NM where I taught math and was a football and softball coach. In 2000 I moved to Frenship High School and continued to teach math and coach softball until I became an administrator at FHS in 2008. My wife Dawn and I have been married since 1999 and I have a step-daughter, Taylor, as well as twins Jace and McKenna.
