The Frenship Unified Track Team came in second place at the Regional Competition. The Tigers will now advance to the State Unified Track Meet later this month.

Athletic Trainer Dustin Rush was named as the recipient of the Athletic Trainer Excellence Award. Rush was selected from more than 800 applicants across the country. He also received a $2,000 donation to his preferred sports medicine scholarship fund or charity.

The Frenship Tiger Softball Team fell short to the Midland High Bulldogs in a nail-biting finale last week. The Tigers are looking forward to redeeming themselves this Friday against Odessa Permian.

The Frenship Tennis Team gave it their all at the Central Slam Tournament and Abilene High Tournament. The Team is looking forward to sharpening their skills before the District Tournament later this month.

The Frenship High School Girls Soccer Team wrapped up their season at the Regional Semifinal round of the playoffs last week. The Tigers feel proud of all that they have accomplished this season.

This week, the Student Council Group at Frenship High School attended the largest gathering of student council leaders in the country. While at the conference for the Texas Association of Student Councils, the students collaborated with other school districts and gained leadership skills.

Last week, nine Frenship High School HOSA students competed at the state competition in Galveston, Texas with four teams placing in the top 20.

The Frenship High School Theatre Department is on a hot streak after securing the One Act Play Bi-District Championship and earning seven Broadway Dallas nominations.

Last weekend, Frenship High School students competed in the District Academic UIL Competition where they brought home 14 individual medals and two team medals.

Frenship ISD is proud to announce Frenship High School senior Katherine Dyal has advanced as a finalist for the 2024 National Merit Scholarship program. Dyal is one of only 15,000 high school students nationwide to be selected for this honor.
